Hendrik Veder Group Norway started up back in 1992 as Myhre Scanrope and in 2002 beomce Myhre Maritime. In 2008 Cosalt bought Myhre Martime and the company was renamed as Cosalt Norway. In 2013 Hendrik Veder Group from Netherland bought 50% of the company and in March 2015 acquired full ownership of this. The Group is a leading independent player on the European market. With an extensive distribution network and subsidiaries in six European countries, as well as the largest production and test facilities in Europe, the Hendrik Veder Group is well represented in this part of the world.
Hendrik Veder Group as a whole has a wide sphere of activities. It comprises activities in the area of heavy offshore lifting, with a specialism in cable-laid slings - Assemblies- grommets and all accessories for lifting equipment. Furthermore, the group is wholesaler of wire ropes in industrial, offshore, Subsea, maritime, automotive, and agricultural markets. In addition, Hendrik Veder Group is active in the distribution, confectioning and testing of steel wire ropes, and lifting and towing materials for offshore as well as onshore customers
